  • Samantha Hart, PT, DPT

    Samantha was raised in Flower Mound and graduated high school in Flower Mound. She resides in Flower Mound as does her family. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2008. She then attended the University of Texas Southwestern where she graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2011. She enjoys working with orthopedic and sport injuries.

    When not at work, Samantha enjoys being active. She participates in yoga and also likes challenging herself with events like the Tough Mudder. She also loves watching sports, especially the Oklahoma Sooners and Texas Rangers.

    Sam is the Clinic Manager at Cutting Edge Physical Therapy.

  • Cathy Cox, PT

    Cathy is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology. She enjoyed her time in Aggieland, but moved onto The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston for their physical therapy program. Cathy graduated with her Masters in Physical Therapy and moved to the Dallas area after graduation and passing her board exam.

    Since graduation, Cathy has primarily worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting, which she loves. She has focused on orthopedic injury rehabilitation and sports medicine. Cathy is a strong believer in manual therapy along with functional/correctional based exercises to help patients return to their goals of living a healthy and active lifestyle. Cathy also obtained her massage therapy training from Sterling Health Center in Addison and was licensed in 2001.

    In her spare time, Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and her two daughters as well as going to Rangers games, traveling, fitness/exercising, spending time with friends and family and helping out in her church nursery.

  • Christina Lee, PT, DPT

    Christina was raised in Louisiana but has been a Texas resident since 2001. She attended Stephen F. Austin State University where she graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Kinesiology in 2013 and became an ACSM certified exercise physiologist. After her time in East Texas, she headed west where she attended The University of Texas at El Paso for the Doctor of Physical Therapy program and graduated December 2016. Christina did clinical rotations in Louisiana, DFW, and Houston working with patients of all ages in multiple settings.

    Christina enjoys living in Dallas and spending time outside of work with friends exploring the DFW area. She enjoys yoga and also likes hiking and spending time outdoors. You can usually find her at a concert, sporting event, trying new restaurants or dancing on the weekends.
